Lawyer‑Assisted Family Mediation in Canberra

This page is for lawyers who wish to brief or refer clients for Lawyer‑assisted mediation for parenting, property, or combined family law matters.

Lawyers are welcome to attend with their clients for both in person or online mediations. In person mediation can be undertaken at your office, at our office in the Nishi building in New Acton or the ACT Law Society for shuttle processes.
